Return & Cancellation Policy

All product concerns must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order. Product will only be accepted if prior notification and approval has been obtained from us. Product must be returned to us in original packaging. If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately and do not open the product. If product is opened we can not accept it for return or refund. Our products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns if products are opened. For product exchange, the shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
